Albacete: Provisional Entry List First Draft Entry List Announced - Strong Spanish Entry: Two Folch Bikes - Police vs Fire Brigade... The first draft of the provisional entry list for the Albacete 8 Horas Nocturnas round of the FIM World Endurance Championship has been released. Strong Spanish Entry As well as the permanent team "usual suspects", the race is already attracting a strong Spanish entry. Local endurance specialists Folch have entered two Yamaha YZF-R1s, one to be ridden by Ribalta, Noyes and Cabana, the other ridden by Ramirez and Lara. W…rth will be another name familiar from last year's Spanish round; this year they will campaign a Honda CBR1000RR. Other local teams include Honda Telde Dos Ruedas, Suzuki Aracomp and Aprila Marcel Motorsport Box. Police vs Fire Brigade The wildcard entries for Albacete are not limited to Spanish teams. The German police squad Suzuki Polizie NRW are making their second championship appearance of the year, and the French fire brigade outfit Suzuki Team 18 Sapeurs-Pompiers have moved up to the World Championship after scoring a good result at non-championship Le Mans in April. |
